Rancilio Expansion Valve Gasket

This is the rubber gasket that fails inside the over pressure valve (OPV) in your Silvia.

You will know that it has failed because one of the pipes in the water tank will be bubbling air constantly when the machine gets up to temperature.

Genuine Rancilio part (36301041)

Once replaced, you will need a portafilter with a pressure gauge to calibrate the pressure at the group head.

Here is a video showing how to replace the OPV gasket, although it is in Dutch the visuals are very useful
