PID Controller
The PID temperature control also allows you to set the desired temperature for coffee extraction and steam.The icing on the cake! This machine does really have everything. Many excellent single boiler machines such as the Rancilio Silvia lack the PID, making it harder to pull that perfect shot. The GO has it all.
Energy Saving
In addition, a reminder can be set to display when to clean it if you wish. The ECO mode also allows you to program a timer to switch off the boiler when not in use to save energy.
External Brew Pressure Adjustment (OPV)

spite recalibration. However, I am procuring specific rounded dosing funnels that I hope will fix this issue. Given I'll probably upgrade to a 58mm machine at some point I'm not so worried.
It is £200 more than the Specialita which is significant. In my case, it's worth it as it will last many many years (decades?) but once calibrated properly the GBW function will deliver a vastly more streamlined workflow, plus my partner would never be willing to weigh beans!
